Group Rates

All new members are required to complete free consultation with the group facilitator prior to beginning the group. The purpose for this session is for the group leader and member to meet, check out the space to discuss what any relevant health history. The core group Hvy Mntl is a psychoeducation workshop with a discussion/sharing component leading into an hour-long exercise to integrate and practice the material before ending with a checkout. The intention of the group is to explore how someone suffering from depression and anxiety can increase their capacity to return to their body experience in a safe and intentional way. Members sign up for full 8 week program cycle.  ​
